  • Radiesse Volumizer/Biostimulator

Boost and restore collagen and lost volume with Radiesse treatments

What is Radiesse and How Does it Work?

    • Radiesse is a volumizer and biostimulator injectable treatment that stimulates the body’s natural collagen production, leading to long-lasting improvements in skin texture, volume, and elasticity.
    • Once injected, Radiesse provides immediate volume correction by adding structure and contour to the skin.
    • Radiesse is then absorbed by the body, and over time stimulates the production of collagen, leading to firmer, smoother skin.
    • Radiesse is a simple procedure known as a volumizer or bio stimulator, and results in immediate volume to the face or hands.
    • Different than filler, Radiesse is known for its volumizing effect and stimulating collagen - think of it as a little chia pet that works to to increase and restore your skin's natural collagen over time.
    • Thicker than dermal fillers, Radiesse provides immediate volume when injected. Over time, Radiesse continues to work by stimulating collagen production to help plump and tighten the skin. The microspheres are eventually absorbed by your body, leaving natural collagen in place.
    • You’ll see increased volume immediately, and then the product becomes absorbed; after which you continue to see substantial improvement over time.
    • Radiesse is ideal as a complementary anti-aging injection to conventional fillers.

    What Does Radiesse Treat?

    • Radiesse is used to contour the face, treat loss of skin elasticity resulting from aging or weight loss, correct a weak chin, fill hollow temples, address sagging jowls or loose skin in the neck area, and plump aging/wrinkled hands. It can even be as non-surgical rhinoplasty as a non-invasive alternative to plastic surgery.

    What Happens During Radiesse Treatment?

    • You may  receive a topical numbing cream to the treatment area before injections are administered.
    • While some patients may feel slight discomfort, Radiesse injections are typically pain-free.

    Is There Downtime After Treatment?

    • You’ll receive aftercare instructions, which should be followed to avoid complications.
    • In most cases, minimal downtime is required after receiving injections.
    • You may be asked to avoid alcohol and stay out of the sun for 24-48 hours, but you can resume most activities right away.
    • There will be some bruising and swelling which will subside within a week.
    • If you experience intense pain or discharge, contact your aesthetician. Most complications can be corrected with prompt treatment.

How Long Does the Treatment Last?

    • No dermal filler, injectable, or chemical peel is permanent (nor is plastic surgery).
    • No two patients are the same.
    • How long results last for anti-aging fillers, injectables, or skin rejuvenation treatments depend on how your body responds, your activities and lifestyle, and adherence to follow-up care instructions.

Vicki is the best. She is so knowledgeable and I’ve had multiple different services from her and I’ve always been 100% satisfied. I also love her because she doesn’t try to oversell you on things you don’t need like other people do. If you ask her about something she will tell her opinion on whether or not you actually need it, which means a lot to me.
